Hello, everyone. Have you ever heard of therapy dogs? In Japan, many people probably envision them working in hospitals, nursing homes, and welfare facilities. Since my high school days, I have been in environments where interacting with therapy dogs at school is a part of everyday life. This seemed normal to me, but I recently learned in a conversation with a friend living in Japan that there are fewer high schools and universities with therapy dogs there compared to the United States.
