 In the US, formal therapy involving outdoor activities in nature is known as Eco therapy. There is no single definition of  Hello everyone! I am in Seattle and studying the connection between nature and people. Lately, the little plants have started to sprout, the rabbits are hopping around and the birds are singing louder. I have been sitting under a maple tree every morning and meditating. I always find myself feeling refreshed, and mentally and physically energized after running in nature. One study found that people with a stronger connection to nature tend to be happier in life and feel their lives are worth more. Nature is also said to generate many positive emotions, such as calmness, joy, and creativity, which can help people to Mental health issues in the US and Japanand clears my mind. So I got curious about how mental health and nature therapy are known here in the US. In this article, I am going to summarize mental health issues in Japan and the US, how nature affects mental health, and Eco therapy.to 4.19 million in 2017.
