 Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), also referred to as seasonal depression is a variation of depression that begins and ends around the same time each year. SAD predominantly emerges during the autumn and winter seasons, but less commonly occurs in the spring and summer. To receive a  Hello everyone! People with SAD may produce less Vitamin D. Our body converts cholesterol to vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. Additionally, vitamin D can be obtained from foods you eat, where it is either added to the meal to prevent diseases like rickets or occurs naturally. Apart from its association with bone health, vitamin D is also thought to influence serotonin function. Suffering from low vitamin D levels may be linked to symptoms of depression and SAD. In addition, having trouble than other states in the US. I was so curious about the reason why many people have seasonal affective depression in this area and how weather affects our mental states.
