Introduction I am currently majoring in Computer Science, and since I have to take a class on databases, I was wondering how medical data is managed in Canada and Japan, so I would like to write about the differences in medical data between Canada and Japan.and challenges of each, and then summarize the Canadian and Japanese health care data Japan's healthcare system is based on the “Universal Health Insurance System,” which requires all citizens to have some form of medical insurance.

• There are many private medical institutions and a good balance between public and private institutions • The medical insurance system has a dual structure of “occupational insurance (health insurance association)” and “community insurance (national health insurance)” • The government sets unified prices for medical fees • Patients can freely choose medical institutions • 30% of the cost is essential (a high-cost medical care system is available)• Advantages: high-quality medical services, short waiting times, easy accessibility • Challenges: rising health care costs, increasing burden of aging population with low birthrate First, I would like to compare the framework and policies of the Canadian and Japanese health care systems, review the characteristics, advantages, Canada's health care system is a universal health care system based on the Canada Health Act and is publicly funded.
• Jointly administered by federal and provincial governments • All Canadian citizens and permanent residents receive basic health care services free of charge • Financed primarily by taxes • Primary care (family doctor system) is the main focus • Private insurance supplements areas not covered by public health care, mainly dental, vision, and prescription drugs• Advantages: Fairness is ensured for everyone to receive medical services • Challenges: Long waiting times, physician shortages, regional disparities Hello everyone, this is Hiruta. In Canada, where I am located, the cold wave has settled down, and it is gradually turning into spring. Cherry blossoms are blooming in some places, and like in Japan, pollen is flying around, so it is the time of year when I suffer from hay fever.
