4 Conclusion Japan is actively preparing for future healthcare challenges, such as an aging population, by updating its policies to maintain high-quality healthcare services. Japanese citizens generally trust their government's proactive approach.Hungary faces significant challenges in the future, including securing consistent funding and reducing bureaucratic obstacles. Although the government recognizes these issues, there is still no clear solution. This uncertainty leaves Hungarian citizens doubtful about future improvements. In Japan, private hospitals often stay up-to-date thanks to government support, while in Hungary, they usually rely on patient payments. If Hungary provided more funding and support for both public and private hospitals, it could help balance the quality gap. Also, reducing complex procedures and speeding up decision-making could make a big difference. A system where both sectors grow together might lead to better care for everyone. Japan's healthcare facility management has proven effective. The government conducts regular inspections and audits of hospital infrastructure through its Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, helping to identify areas in need of repair or upgrades. This system enables timely investments and maintains a high standard of safety and service quality. In Hungary, the National Public Health Center (NNK) is responsible for similar inspections. However, financial and administrative delays often prevent immediate action on necessary repairs, resulting in long-standing issues. These challenges contribute to declining public trust and place additional stress on an already underfunded system. Comparing healthcare management in Japan and Hungary clearly shows differences resulting mainly from government policy and investment. Japan's organized approach, significant funding, and effective policies offer a strong model for success. In contrast, Hungary faces ongoing difficulties in funding, managing projects effectively, and improving hospital conditions. In my opinion, Hungary can improve its healthcare system by working more closely with private hospitals and ensuring fair access to modern facilities. ④Policy Effectiveness in Addressing Facility Aging ⑤Future Challenges and Policy Outlook
